3 cardomons

1 star anise

1 small piece of mace

7 to 8 cashews

1 tbsp roasted chana

2 tbsp cream or malai 

milk to make paste 

500 grams basmati fortune classic biryani rice

1 tsp cumin seed

8 to 10 pepper corns

2 bay leaves

3 green chillies

1 small onion

1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar

Salt to taste
