Water measurements:

If rice is 2 glasses and soaked for 45-60 minutes then take 3 1/2 glasses of water.

if you are not soaking the rice then it is 1:2 Ratio. that means for 1 glass Rice 2 glasses of water.

Ingredients Part:


Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp

Cardamom – 4 

Cinnamon – 2 inches

Cloves – 5

Dry Ginger Powder – 1 tsp

Kasuri methi – ½ cup

Black pepper – 1 tsp

Black mustard seeds – 1 tsp

Cumin seeds -  1 tsp

Dry red chillies (8-10)

Fry them on low flame & Blend into fine powder

Chicken boil part:

Water – 1 ½ Lit

Salt – 1 tsp

Chicken – 1 kg


Basmati rice – 500gms (2 glasses)


Rice Part:


Oil – 3 tbsp

Bay leaves – 3

Stone flower – 2 tbsp

Cardamom – 4

Cinnamon – 1 inch

Cloves (5-6)

Mace – 1 small flower

Crush into small pieces above 4 Ingredients 

Star Anise – 2

Green chillies (10-12)

Coriander leaves – 1 cup

Mint leaves – half cup

Ginger & Garlic paste – 2 tbsp

Salt

Water – 3 ¼ glasses for 30mins soaked 2 glasses Basmati rice

30mins Soaked Basmati rice


Chicken Fry Part:


Oil – 4 tbsp

Chopped onions – 150gms (2 medium size)

Ginger & Garlic paste – 2 tbsp

Turmeric powder -  1 tsp

Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp

80%  Boiled chicken

Tomato puree – 1 medium size

Curry leaves – half cup

Blended masala powder

Salt

Coriander leaves – 1 cup
