Hyderabadi Boneless Chicken Biryani - Biryani With Chicken Stock Special VIP Chicken 65 Biryani

Special VIP Chicken 65 Biryani

CHICKEN 65 RICE


Take a bowl add 2 cups of rice

Add whole garam masala

Add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste

Add add 4 green chillies

Add ½ cup of coriander leaves

Add ½ cup of mint leaves

Add 4 cups of water

Add some salt 

Add 1 tsp of ghee and mix it.

Pour this mixture in to Pressure Cooker

And cook for 1 whistle.

In a bowl add 1 cup of curd

Add 1 tsp of ghee

Add 1 tb spn of biryani masala

Add pinch of red chilli powder

Add 1 tsp of coriander powder

Add ½ tsp of pepper powder

And mix it.

Take a bowl add 500 g of chicken pieces

Add some salt (required)

Add 1 tsp of red chilli powder

Add ½ tsp of crushed pepper

Add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste

Add 1 tsp of chopped curry leaves

Add ½ tsp of garam masala

Add pinch of flavouring salt

Add 1 tsp of coriander powder

Add ½ tsp of cumin powder

Add 1 tsp of all purpose flour

Add  1 tsp of corn flour

And mix it nicely.

Now fry the chicken pieces in hot oil.

In the same oil fry the sliced onions.

Transfer in to a bowl, keep a side.

Now add 1 tsp of saffron water,  curd mixture

Lime juice on the top of the rice.

Now in a chicken bowl add boiled rice

Put on lid and rest it for 5 minutes.

Then transfer in to a plate 

And sprinkle some coriander leaves.

Serve biryani with raita.
