How To Make Perfect Chicken Dum Biryani | Restaurant Style Chicken Dum Biryani | Simple Dum Biryani

Ingredients

1 kg chicken cut 12-13 pieces

Fried onion 3 medium

Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp

Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Yogurt 1 cup

Ghee 3/4 cup

Green chilli 6 pcs

Chopped coriander

Chopped mint

Kashmiri chilli 1 tsp

Coriander 2 tsp

Red chilli 1.5 tsp

Turmeric 1 tsp

Cumin 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Mix it well all ingredients rest of 1 hour.



For Rice boiling


Basmati rice 1.5 cup (Soaked before 30 mins)

Cinnamon sticks 2

Black cardamom 2

Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Cardamom 6

Cloves 8 pcs

Salt 3 tbsp

Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Lemon juice 1 tbsp




For Dum Layer


Saffron with rose water 3 tbsp

Red food colour (optional)

Fried onion

Chopped coriander

Chopped mint 

Ghee 4 tbsp

Cover and cook 5 mins on high heat

After cook 30-40 mins on low heat 

Mixing well before serving.
