Chicken Biryani Ki Recipe | New Style Chicken Biryani By Home

For Chicken Marination:


 1: boneless chicken 1 kg (cut in cubes)

 2: salt 1 tsp

 3: dark soy sauce 3 tbsp

 4: vinegar 2 tbsp

 5: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 6: crushed red chilli 1 & 1/2 tsp

 7: plain flour 4 tbsp

 8: corn flour 3 tbsp

 9: oil 3 tbsp

10: water 4 tbsp


 For Biryani Masala:


 1: oil 1/2 cup

 2: onions 2 medium (finely sliced)

 3: ginger 1 & 1/2 tbsp (grated)

 4: garlic 2 tbsp (grated)

 5: tomato ketchup 1 cup

 6: chilli sauce 1/3 cup

 7: dark soy sauce 3 tbsp

 8: green chilli sauce 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 9: crushed red chilli 1 & 1/2 tsp

 10: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 11: sugar 1 tbsp

 12: water 1 cup

 13: cornflour 1 tbsp mixed with water

 14: green chilli 8 (cut in half)

 15: bell peppers 3 medium (cut n small pieces)

 16: spring onions 4 (chopped)


  Boil Rice With: (boil 80%)

 1: rice 1 kg

 2: cinnamon stick 1 piece (3 inch piece)

 3: salt 2 & 1/2 tbsp

 4: green cardamom 4

 5: cloves 8

 6: black peppercorn 8

 7: black cardamom 2

 8: black cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp


Recipe:

 

 1: in a bowel add chicken with all ingredients under marination, mx well (can leave it for 1 to 2 hours).

2: heat oil and fry the chicken pices on medium flame, till gets crisp and floats on the oil, remove it and place it on paper towel.

3: heat oil add onions, ginger, garlic and fry till gets soft on hgh flame.

4: now add tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, dark soy sauce, green chilli sauce, crushed red chilli, salt, sugar, water mix and cook on low to medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.

5: now mix corn flour with little water and add it to the gravy till gets thick.

6: then add the fried chicken in the gravy mix and add green chilli, bell peppers, sprng onions mx well.

7: now add the boiled rice on the chicken, boiled rice and cover the lid with a tea towel, first 10 minutes on high flame and then simmer for 6 minutes on low flame.

 8: serve hot and enjoy.
