Ingredients:


For tikka:


1 kg chicken

1 tbsp ginger paste

1 tbsp garlic paste

11/2 TSP salt

1 TSP chili powder

2 TSP cumin powder

1/2 TSP turmeric powder

2 pinch food color

2 TSP chat masala

2 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp pepper powder

1/2 cup yogurt

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp butter


Ingredients for gravy:

2 onions

3/4 cup yogurt

1 tsp salt

1 TSP chili powder

1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tbsp coriander powder

1 tbsp ginger paste

1 tbsp garlic paste

1 cup oi1 TSP cumin seeds

7-8 clove's

10-12 black pepper

7-8 green cardamom

2 black cardamom

2 inch cinnamon sticks


4-5 green chillies paste


For rice:


1 kg basmati rice

3 tbsp salt

1 tsp caraway seeds

2 inch cinnamon sticks

2 bay leaves

1 tbsp oil

4 liter water
