Chicken Dum Biryani Recipe In Tamil | Chicken Recipe | Dum Briyani
To soak the chicken
Chicken - 2 kg
Lemon juice
Cart yogurt - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 3/4 tbsp
Chili powder - 3 tbsp
Cumin powder - 2 tbsp
Sesame powder - 2 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp
Green chillies - 5 chopped
Mint leaf - 1 cup chopped
Coriander leaf - 1 cup chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste - 3 tbsp
Salt as needed
Make fried onions
Onions - 6
Oil
To make rice
Water
Basmati rice - 1 kg
Biryani leaf
Pineapple Flower
Bar
Clove
Cardamom
Whole pepper
Salt
To make their biryani
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp

Pineapple Flower
Bar
Clove
Cardamom

Recipe
Make fried onions
1. Pour the required amount of oil in the pan, add the onion and fry till golden brown.
To soak the chicken
1. Put 2 kg of chicken in a bowl, add lemon juice and salt and mix well.
2. Soak this for 15 minutes.
3. To make curd mixture, in a bowl, add curd, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, sesame powder, garam masala powder and required amount of salt.
4. Next add green chillies, mint leaves and coriander leaves
Boil the rice
1. Wash the basmati rice well and soak for 30 minutes.
3. Boil water in a pan and add soaked rice.
5. With this, add biryani leaf, pineapple flower, peel, cloves, cardamom, whole pepper, required amount of salt and boil for three quarters.
To make their biryani
1. In a wide bowl, place ghee, oil, peel, cloves, biryani leaf, pineapple flower and cardamom.
3. Put the soaked chicken pieces in it and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Heat the tawa and place the biryani pot on top of it.
5. On top of the chicken, add the mint leaf, coriander leaf and boiled rice.
6. On top of this, pour the milk dissolved in saffron flower.
7. Put the remaining fried onion, mint leaf, coriander leaf and cover the pot.
8. Chapati to keep the spirit out
