Chicken Preparation Ingerdients:


Chicken - 1 kg (Each piece - 50gms)


Chicken Marination:


Raw Chicken - 1 kg

Salt

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

Ginger & Garlic paste - 2 tbsp

Curd - 100gms

Pepper powder - 1 tsp

Fresh lemon juice - 1 (medium size)


Basmati Rice - 3 Glasses (750gms)

Wash & Soak Rice for 30 Mins


Onions 2-3 medium size (250gms) (Blend into paste)


Tomatoes 4-5 medium size (250gms) (Chop them as shown in video)


RRR Biryani Preparation:


Oil - 8 tbsp (100ml)

Cloves - 9

Cardamom - 9

Cinnamon - 3 inches

Kapok buds - 3 (small)

Star Anise - 3

Mace - 2 flowers

Stone flower - 1 tbsp

Bay leaves - 3

Shahjeera - 1 tsp

(Fry on low flame for 30 seconds)

Onions paste

Green chillies paste - 2 tbsp

Ginger & Garlic paste - 1 tbsp

Mint leaves - half cup

Coriander leaves - 1 cup

2 Hours Marinated Chicken

Chopped tomatoes

Coconut milk - 1 cup (100ml)

Green chillies - 4

Boiled water - 5 Glasses (1.2 litres)

Salt

30 Mins Soaked Basmati Rice (3 Glasses) (750gms)

Ghee - 2 tbsp
