Nasi Biryani Ingredients - 


00:41- Preparation of Marinade

1 kg Chicken

1 tbsp Garlic Paste

1 tbsp Ginger Paste

1 tsp Fennel Powder

1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder

1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder

1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder

1 Cup Yogurt

Salt (as per taste)


01:23- Preparation of Rice

1 tbsp Oil

1 tbsp Ghee

1 inch Cinnamon Stick

5 Green Cardamoms

5 Cloves

10 Black Peppercorns

2 Onions (sliced)

1 tsp Ginger Paste

1 tsp Garlic Paste

1 cup Tomato Purée

Lemongrass

6 cups Water

1 cup Coconut Milk

1/2 cup Saffron Water

1/2 cup Water

Salt (as per taste)

4 cups Basmati Rice (soaked)

1 tsp Turmeric Powder


03:54- Preparation of Gravy

2-3 tbsp Oil

1 inch Cinnamon Stick

4-5 Green Cardamoms

5 Cloves

10 Black Peppercorns

2 Onions (sliced)

1 tbsp Minced Garlic

1 tbsp Minced Ginger
