Chicken marinating Ingredients:


Chicken 1/2 Kg

Onion 2 (Fried and Chopped)

Oil 1/2 Cup

Yogurt 1 Cup

Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

Salt 2 tsp

Red Chilli Powder 1+1/2 tsp

Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp

Cumin 1 tsp

Nutmeg Powder 1/4 tsp & Mace Powder 1/4 tsp

Garam Masala:

Cinnamon 2

Black cardamom 1

Star anise 1

Cloves 6

Black Pepper 10

Green cardamom 2

Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp

Almond 1 tbsp (Crushed)

Pistachios 1 tbsp (Crushed)


Rice Ingredients:


Rice 1/2 Kg

(Soaked for 1 Hour and Boiled for 5 minutes on high flame

Kewra Essence Some Drops

Milk 1/4 Cup

Green Coriander 1 tbsp

Mint 1 tbsp (Chopped)

Lemon Juice 1 tsp

Yellow Color 1/4 tsp


Direction:


Step 1: Take a large bowl and add Yogurt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin, Nutmeg Powder, Mace Powder, Cinnamon, Black cardamom, Star anise, Cloves, Black Pepper, Green cardamom, Garam Masala Powder, Almond, Pistachios, Fried Onion and mix it well and then add Chicken and mix it well and then add Oil and mix it well and cover it and rest it for 1 hour.


Step 2: Now take a pot and add marinated chicken (from step 1) and add Green Coriander, Mint, Lemon Juice and add boiled rice and add Milk and now add some milk into yellow color and mix it well and sprinkle on rice and then sprinkle some drops of Kewra Essence and cover it with lid and cook it for 5 minutes on high flame and after 5 minutes use very low flame and cook it for 40 minutes. After that your Mughlai chicken biryani is ready.
