 Chicken Biryani Restaurant Style Eid Special


Ingredients -:


For marination -


Chicken - 1 kg

Coriander powder - 2 tbsp

Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp

Curd - 250 gms ( 1 cup  )

Salt - 1 tbsp


For Curry -


Ghee or Oil - 1 cup

Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp

Clove - 4 

Green Cardamom - 6 nos.

Black Cardamom - 1 nos.

Black Peppercorn - 1 tsp

Cinnamon stick - 2 small

Bay leaf - 2 nos.

Handful Chopped Green Coriander leaves

Handful Chopped Mint leaves

Fresh Green Chillies - 7 to 8

Fried Onions - 3 nos.


For Rice preparation -


Basmati Rice - 1 kg

Water - 3 liter

Bay leaf - 1 nos.

Black Peppercorn - 1 tsp

Cloves and Green Cardamom - 4 to 5

Green Chillies - 3 nos.

Oil - 1 tbsp

Black Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

Star Anice - 1 nos.

Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp

Nutmeg and Mace Powder - 1/2 tsp

Fried Onion

Rose Water - 2 tbsp

Zarda food colour - 1 tsp

Some more coriander leaves mint leaves and green chillies

Ghee - 2 tbsp

Salt to taste
