 Chicken Dum Biryani

Ingredients

Chicken – 600 grams

30 mins soaked basmati rice – 2 cups (Approx. 400 grams)

Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbl spoon

Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon

Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon

Cumin powder – ½ teaspoon

Garam masala – 1 teaspoon

Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon

Oil – 4 tbl spoon

Ghee – 2 tbl spoon

Juice of half lemon

Green chilli – 2

Mint leaves

Coriander leaves

Curd – 4 tbl spoon

Fried onion – 2

Bay leaf – 1

Cardamom – 2

Black cardamom – 1

Cloves – 5

Cinnamon stick

Saffron milk – ¼ cup

Salt – 1¾ tbl spoon

Water – 8 cups for2 cups of rice
