CHICKEN BIRYANI

There is one dish that I believe everyone should try atleast once in their lifetime It is Biryani so here is our version of Chicken Biryani. Ingredients For the chicken Chicken whole chopped or boneless 2 lbs (Whole pieces of 1 cinnamon, 4 peppercorns, 4 black and green cardamom, 3 coriander seeds, 3 cloves, mace, and 2 nutmeg) Onions 4 Ginger garlic & paste 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Cumin powder 1 tbsp Salt 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tbsp Red chili powder 1 tbsp Garam Masala 1 tbsp Yogurt 1 cup Tomatoes 8 Biryani or Tandoori masala 2 tbsp (optional) For the rice 3 cup Basmati rice water 5 cup Green cardamom Mint leaves For layering the biryani Fresh coriander Fresh mint leaves Boiled, peeled and chopped into cubes potatoes 4pcs Butter cubes or Ghee
