Chicken = 1 kg.

Rice = 1 kg.


(Ingredients FOR YAKHNI)


Saunf (Fennel seeds) = 1 table spoon.

Sadub Dhaniya (Coriander Whole) = 1 table spoon.

Tejj Patta (Bay Leaves) = 5-6.

Piyaaz (Onion) = 1 medium size.

Lehsun (Garlic) = 1.

Daalchini (Cinnamon Stick) = 2.

Kali Elichi (Black Cardamom) = 1.

Javetri (Mace) = 1.

Laung (Cloves) = 8.

Namak (Salt) = 1 table spoon.


(Ingredients FOR BIRYANI) 


Biryani ka Achaar = 1 table spoon.

Biryani ka Masala = 1 tea spoon.

Piyaaz (Onion) = 1 and half.

Zeera (Cumin Seeds) = 1 tea spoon.

 Kali Mirch (Black Pepper)

Laung (Cloves) = 10.

Hari Elichi (Green Cardamom) = 7.

Kali Elichi (Black Cardamom) = 15-20.

Hari Mirch (Green Chilli) = 5-6.

Tamatar (Tomatoes) = 3 medium size.

Dahi (Yogurt) = 150 g.
